You always think that history doesn't have gaps or flaws, right? Wrong. For centuries the order of the pandemonium (OP) has been working against time. The have caused chaos throughout history, changing it in various ways causing disorder to the people of earth. The residents of Time City are supposed to make sure all is well. They check records and dates and change the order of events to their original places.
A world that parallels earth is like earth but not. The planet is called Planet 323. Planet 323 is Earth's protector and enemy. Time City is the city in charge of Earth, other cities all over Planet 323 protect different planets, stars or even galaxies. There is always a counter that goes with protectors. In this case it is the order of the pandemonium or "Chaos" that has managed Earth's problems.
Time City's mission is to protect Earth from changes in the past that will effect the present and future. So far, no mission has failed. A fail to change things back could be a fail to save the human race. If there were to be a failure, it would mean the end of things the way you know them.
For many years, the Chaos members have ceased to cause disturbances for the human race. But quite recently, the Order of Chaos has begun again. If the Time City residents can't reverse the switching of events in the past, it could be the end of the earth and life.
The Order of Chaos is located in the Tunnels, deep down underneath Time City. The Plotters, which scheme the switching of events uses a small apartment which is called: "Appartment 149". The Black Magic handlers are people born with the ability of magic. There are two types: Black Magic and White Magic. The Order of Chaos uses black magic to open the passage of time and to cause paranormal damage. While the Black Magic users open passageways, the Strike Team members disturb the media of the past and re- arrange objects.
The Time City residents have a lot on their hands. Historians track the gaps of history and set the Time Repairers on the right track to correct the corse of history. The White Magic users open the passageways of time and reverse the Black Magic.
